I'm new to Autodesk Mudbox program and I just start to explore it. All the video tutorials I have seen so far show the Grid when it launches. I'm trying to activate it from Display > Grid, but it is not working. Also, I closed and relaunched the software without success. I tried pressing the A key as mentioned elsewhere, and nothing. What can I do?

If none of these solutions work for your, I recommend you remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and reboot the PC. After that, run Glary Utilities and install the software again. This will fix it, and you should be able to open the Grid feature from Display > Grid.
I can't find my model in Mudbox after accidentally rotated screen. I even can't find the grid. How can I get back to the initial position? Is there a target zoom in Mudbox?

If the grid is no longer present in the program's interface, you can go under Display > Grid. Also, the product does have a zooming option, but this can't target the items that you have on the screen until this point. However, by pressing the A key from the keyboard, the camera will be repositioned so you can see all the items created inside the screen. For additional information, check the support website.
